Have a look at the opening price for this Mac

I have a couple of these. One was rescued from the recycler!?

No, it means that guy will get no bids.

I could buy one at an 'expensive' US eBay price, and ship it to you for less than that.

Yes, I agree. And it's a pickup-only to boot!

The seller obviously has no idea of the going rate for these things. Once the auction's finished I expect it will be relisted at considerably less.

Unless there is a 7-day 10-to-1 exchange rate between USD and AUD, that
schmuck is completely off his rocker!

I do believe a triple-dose of reality and a good night's sleep is in order for that chap. Must visit the Dr in the morning, too.
