5. all cords for the 1040 (no power supply for the 260), approx. 6 books for ist, approx 100 3,5" disks and 2 mice
I had to open the 1040 cause i doesnt boot up - only a plug from the add.ram-board come off.

NIce find!
Well, in the US, I bought a 1040ST with color monitor, monochrome monitor, all books, disks, a mouse, etc, for $40. That was a WAAY cheap price. Oh, it also had the same eternal HDD as yours, and an external disk drive. Well after a month of playing I decided to stick with the Atari game systems Vs. computers. I put it on eBay at $50 start, and it sold for $225. Much more than I expected, as the BIN was at $175. Rarely does something I sell go HIGHER than the BIN (buy it now) price. Still have the monochrome monitor here, and the guy didn't want the HDD either.

You definitely got a super deal. In fact you pretty much "stole it". Nice to hear that there's still good bargains to be found.

yeah - i got it from small advertisements in a local journal.
the guy told, if he hand an car he would have dumb thss things a while ago...
:)
i think if i put the all on ebay - in germay i would only get approx. 50 € max (approx 79 USD)

You're not going to sell them are you? It would be a shame. You can have some real fun with the ST series. There's some nice games for it. And with the assistance of the Omniflop program you can easily write disk's for it on your PC.
Omniflop can be found here:

no i dont wanna sell ist - but i got drifferent stīs a long time ago :)
from my brain - i got (with the new once).
- 2x 260St
- 2x 520 stm
- 2 or 3 1040 stf / stfm
an a big bunch of disks :)
selling via ebay in germay wont bring that money i would sell them :)
unfortunately u can get stīs via ebay for less - but the 8-bit ataris are very rare - esp. the 400/800 :)
edit: i loved to play chambers of shaolin and f-16 combat pilot on the st
with a friend i played f-16 the hole summer of i think 1988 - via null modem cabel.
i bought f-16 a time ago via ebay and put it in the st - the fun didnt came back - i looks terrible :)

I'd pay a little more for an eternal hard drive too. It gets frustrating when they keep dying all the time.

LOL, I figured you were poking fun at a spelling mistake. Lo and behold I made one. I'll leave it for comic value though.
