I noticed a listing on eBay for a number of IBM PS/2 Model 25 PCs new in box: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180111491285. If the number available is true (445 at the time of this posting), I am very surprised so many were not sold 20 years ago and are still available new.
This is not my listing and I am not affiliated with the eBay seller or the business. I point out this listing if anyone is looking for an IBM PS/2, a new one especially. The seller has other older PC equipment; contact New York Computer Exchange (nyceonline.net) directly if you don't want to deal with eBay.

Probably excess inventory for a (large) school system, where they were heavily used for the kids (later replaced by the all-in-one EduQuest units). Not having a harddrive bears that out even more, because the schools would put a "RIPL" network adapter in to boot from. I even got the Model 95 from my local school system with the boot images, running Novell 3.12.

Hmmm...... No PayPal....no shipping calculator or reference to any kind of idea on shipping....
Wonder how many are going to be drop-jawed when they get the shipping cost AFTER pressing "Buy It Now"

Hell, the Model M SpaceSaver keyboard oughta be worth thirty buck$. Wonder if they'd ship that only?

some model 25's shipped with Windows 1.04 - that'd make it worth it.

I don't know what all it comes with, but turns out the PS/2 shipping to my location is $70. Pretty cool that is is NOS, but I aint buying for that shipping price. Maybe I can convince someone else to....
