Found a TV commercial form IBM introducing the 5150 PC. Check it out!

That is awesome! Is it possible to get it in better quality, though? (ie. interlaced MPEG-2 format) I'm pretty good at cleaning up VHS tape, but need a full NTSC interlaced capture to do so (I use both fields).

Thanks I did not record the file myself, found it online after looking up some other IBM 5150 PC stuff.... But I would love to be able to restore it or clean it up any ideas?

LOL, great ad Eric! Thanks for putting it up.

I notice the actor takes the keyboard and puts it in his lap. IBM certainly emphasised the notion of a "detached keyboard" as a selling point.

Not once it gets that small and transcoded, no. You really need a full-field capture (better yet, the source tape) to do it properly.
