Apple G4 Mystic 500 MHz question

I'm thinking of buying the above mentioned machine for about a 100 euro. Maybe another apple user here can tell me how fast is it and would it be possible to install OS X 10.3 on it and still have a reasonably fast/responsive system? Thanks.

NOT to sound rude? I dunno, rudeness tends to scare people into not making the mistake again. Anyhow....

10.3.x would be plenty fast on a G4 500MHz. The iMac I am on now has a 333MHz or so processor, a G3. It runs 10.3.9 plenty quick. Just beef up the RAM and you should be fine.
