I am looking for anyone who has information about Viatron formed in 1968 and bankrupt in 1971. Names of former employees would be helpful, particularly any of the senior designers who were responsible for the storage units, displays, and the computer itself.

What would you like to know? I was there for about 2 years and designed the tape system servo electronics and read-write amplifiers.

There is some information on the units at

The Computer History Museum has several boxes of documentation related to the lawsuit that happened when Viatron went bankrupt.

I wouldn't say the world is small, more like this forum tends to attract like-minded people, which is why we keep stumbling across folks that actually designed some of these wonderful (and some that were not so wonderful) vintage computers! :-D
