I was stuck at home the other day when I was sick and had a bit of free time, so I wired an FPGA board I had lying around into the I/O bus of my Kaypro 2/84 =)

Any suggestions on how to "accelerate" this bad boy? Maybe a DIY 3D card for the 160x100 screen =)

oh, specs:

-Spartan3 XSC1000 (~1 million gate equivalent) FPGA
-32 MB on-board SDRAM
-100 Mhz system clock

It's currently wired up as an SRAM in 0x20-0x23 in the I/O space (where there is a vacant slot for a PIO chip), but it's extremely easy to make it do something more useful.
