Any scrapyards in the NC area?

I primarily collect IBM chips but enjoy Nexgen and any type of prototype and engineering samples. I am looking for a good scrap yard in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area (RTP) and wanted to see if anyone knew of any.
