This has mystified me totally.
I go to start>settings>network and dial-up connections and the next pane will not expand. I have tried starting up a bunch of services that I normally keep shut off, went through the network troubleshooter and the icon pan will not expand.
I have tried the following RUN commands:
control netconnections
ncpa.cpl
netsetup.cpl
The first two do absolutely nothing and the third gives me an error of command not found.
What could be causing this?? I'm stymied about it!
