My sources say it is:
SVGA monitor, 1024 X 768, 30-60 KHZ Horizontal, 48-90 HZ Verticle
Doesn't sound CGA to me.

I have a couple of VGA monitors with 9 pin plugs. One is a Multisync II (ok, so it is more than VGA), one is a weird vga I picked up surplus from Arkansas Senior Services. This is a strange machine by itself. Has PS/2 style ports, made by IBM, but only the keyboard that came with it works with it. Any other keyboard and it fails POST.

The pinouts for both 15-pin and 9-pin VGA are shown at http://www.interfacebus.com/Design_VGA_PinOuts.html
Adaptors can be found on the Internet. For example, the one at http://www.stsi.biz/vid-a-9m-15f.html would then allow the use of a standard '15-pin to 15-pin VGA cable'.

Seems to me that, somewhere around here, I have a 9-pin male to 15-pin male video cable. I think it's in this room even.
Hang on........ (sounds of thrashing around and stuff falling over)
Yes, here it is. (Holds up 48" video cable with snazzy thumb-screws at both ends and chokes molded into both ends).
See?
Would something like this do?
