Anyone have any information on this?
Some web searches indicate that your homeowner's policy does not cover it.
Other than that, I could not find much.
Is it really necessary?
Also, if you "publish" using your web site by posting your articles and books on your website, what about such insurance for such publications?
Then, of course, if you sell things on your website?
The list can go on and on.
Naturally, anyone can try to file a lawsuit for almost anything, but the penalties for frivolous lawsuits can also be very significant.
All of this can certainly inhibit the free flow of information and commerce also.
Just some thoughts since society seems so litigous today about so many things.
Thanks!
