Rainbow CP/M software utilities

I have an option to acquire this software...Rainbow CP/M software utilities, PC100-B, +, A

Is this a common CP/M utilities or rare? Does the PC100-B, +, A have any special meaning, as I know very little about CP/M.

Just taking a wild stab in the dark here, but I think it might be specifically for the DEC Rainbow series of machines; I'm assuming the "PC100-B, +, A" indicates with which models the software is compatible, (ie. PC100-A PC100-B, and Rainbow 100+).
