I'm looking for a Creative Game Blaster card, also known as Creative Music System
The cards are marked with the model number CT-1300

They're pretty rare. I've got two but I need them for my Soundcard Museum (should be ready next year). After that, I'll be selling them.

I would be a little interested in the other one if you don't set a too high price on it.

Yeah, I was lucky enough to get one cheap on fleabay a coulple years ago (CT-1300A). I guess nobody new what it was as I was the only bidder. It even came with software, manuals, and catalog. WOW! That stuff was expensive back in the day.
The only thing it didn't come with was the copy of Silpheed advertised on the box lid.

I can confirm that Rambo III will not work with anything other than a true Game Blaster, as for the rest, I don't know.

Yes, but there aren't any games that ONLY work with CMS. That's what I thought you meant. Here's a list of games that support CMS (http://www.mobygames.com/attribute/sheet/attributeId,42/p,2/).
Times of Lore (http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/times-of-lore) has great CMS music (it's like the adlib music, but in stereo). Qix (http://www.mobygames.com/game/dos/qix) also has very good CMS music, if a bit tinny.
While it isn't working now (just checked), I did get CMS support working in DOSBox once if you truly must hear it.

I can confirm it works just fine with everything, so you have a fu*cked system, sir :-)
Seriously, I know Rambo III works without CMS because one of the reasons I liked playing it was for the great Adlib music. Unfortunately, I could never finish it, because it's 1. stonking hard, and 2. I had CGA at the time and some items you need to pick up and use are simply invisible with the 4-color CGA scheme.
