I am looking for a larger qty (500+ pcs) of some old 16 bit VGA cards. Any mfg will do but I need them to be ISA with a min 256 kb on board mem.
Please let me know if you can help with any qty that you may have.
Thanks
Kyle

Why does everybody suddenly need a whole lot of VGA cards?! What's going on???

your guess is as good as mine
raw materials found a lot on those cards perhaps ?

Does that mean that those cards are going to get obscure to find in near future or something like that?

Well I meant more that they get grinded up to dust.
They have a technique these days where the grind up complete boards etc, anything goes, and charge every particle and it gets "launched" and depending on the material it travels a certain distance so sorting out materials gets very easy and fast!

What a nice way to treat antique hardware. I'll keep my unused VGA card anyway; I need it for my XT in cause my 5151 monitor goes.
But why do the cards need to have at least 256 Kb an be 16-bit ISA then? (anyway, was there even a VGA with only 128Kb?)

yeah that would not really be relivant I suppose
unless its a material found on a lot of those 256 cards ?
anyway, going waaaay offtopic here :P

This isn't the same outfit that contacted me about the video cards that I am looking for (on their behalf), but, the name is similar. The place that contacted me was EDX Electronics, out of Florida (did a reverse lookup on the phone number, just to make sure).
I never received another call checking with me, so, I suppose I'm dropping my quest for them. The numbers weren't coming in anyway.
