Section for batteries?

I'd like to suggest a section for rechargeable batteries. Using them, swapping, replacing and rigging them. There have been many a time that some vintage computer user has had to rig a battery for something that takes a particular (overpriced) battery with cells from a dustbuster.

Maybe means of power supply as a whole; often a custom power supply can not be found or restored. On the other hand, we have Hardware and Tools, as well as Documentation. Perhaps the new sub-section should be about hacks in general, in case someone made an interface to use a CD-RW on a S100-bus computer and so on..
