Love the site, hate the blue on back. Makes it very difficult for these tired old eyes to read.

Even for a 16 year old, it is. You need more contrast between the text and the background

I am a big fan of light (white) backgrounds and dark (black) text. If it looks too dull, consider a black background but a white back plate where the text is. Second best option would to get brighter text, but that'd be almost light blue.

You may want to make some deeper navigation than only back one or two pages at a time, i.e. have all brands in a header on each page. The specs take some space, and I would consider to make each page two columns, one with the pictures (which are unique to your site and maybe the most interesting) and one column next to it with the specs and other tidbits you want to tell about each computer.

Thanks for the compliments ya'll.
I have an idea to run across. What if I made it look like old green screen green on black?
I want it too look like an old monochrome screen(except for forums of course).
Maybe an orange on black?

How about like the red plasma screens. The amber screens of many early computers was also cool. They called themselves eye-easy.

I do not believe I have ever seen a red screen, could be interesting.
I will work with amber, and draw up a test site tonight.

I like the amber screen theme. Back in the day, I had two IBM-compatibles, one with a green monocrome screen, and the other with an amber screen. I much prefered to work for extended periods of time with the amber monitor. Much easier on the eyes.

Thanks, ah yes, I too love the sight of amber. I still have an amber monochrome I use on my 5170.
