yeah i'm in CT and my zip code is 06043
does it have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, os?
or is it a built in monitor

Yes, yes, yes, and mebbe. You can probably pick up a monitor locally for less than it would cost to ship one. Any VGA will work, with the adaptor I also will supply. The OS is 7.5.-something... I've been told that that's the highest version that will run on that model (7200). IIRC, it's a 90MHz.

OK, kewl but, just for sh!ts & giggles, what part puts you off (I mean, it can't be the asking price)? Is it the OS version? D'ya need an earlier or later version?

no F***ing monitor

You don't have a spare VGA, and you don't bother to look for one locally? Terry told you the monitor alone probably costs more in shipping than you'd pay for one at your place, and then the whole deal is not interesting anymore? What about someone tries to sell you another Mac without a VGA adaptor, so they supply the original monitor? That might be a small fortune in shipping.

From what I understood he said he had a monitor but that the shipping would be prohibitive.
I'm pretty sure if you wanted to ship a 50 pound chunk of glass halfway across the country Terry would oblige, but why would you??

I dunno, I've never had a *real* Mac monitor for this machine, I always used VGA (BTW, the Mac <--> VGA adaptor alone sells on eBay for around twenty buck$).

Perhaps from a collector's point of view, an original monitor is a must (even if those were sold separately). I'm not familiar if that Mac has graphic modes at so low frequency that most VGA won't sync, i.e. it would only be partially useful. I know AGA Amigas came with a VGA device driver, but then you were forced to one resolution and no games or other programs opening a custom screen won't work.

I don't believe you ever "wanted" it, you're just jacking people around, playing with them for your own amusement. You're an ass.

It is just a stinking standard monitor, vga, 15-pin, 93% of all monitors use 9-pin.:bigups:
Edit, lol, I meant 15-pin at the end.

This is getting out of hand. I'm pretty tempted to delete the whole thread, since it contains no useful information anyways.

Sometimes, yeah...when the moon is in the right phase, or whatever it is that controls bidding...
I have a few of 'em myself, new in package w/ instructions, etc. Haven't tried sellin' any tho.

They GIVE AWAY 15 inch monitors on places like freecycle. It would be the height of foolishness to spend $75 to ship a monitor when you can pick one up free.
BTW IIRC a PPC 7200 should run OS 9.1 just fine. 7.5.5 is free from Apple though. I run OS 9 on a pizza box 6200. 7200s are good macs.
Since whatsisface doesn't want it, what would shipping be to Vero Beach, FL 32966?

If ya live in a computer-rich area, it won't be hard to find one cheaper than shipping. Hell, if you're lucky, ya might even get one the same way I got mine, at the 'Curb Store' (trash).
My son just called from Nebraska to brag-up the deal he just got at a local school's 'garage sale'. Picked up five PPC 5400/200s for a buck apiece.

Just to further muddy an already muddied thread :^)
I have a Power Mac 7100/66 AV. Mac used a bastard
monitor connecter, but also had an AV card with a regular Mac 15-pin connector. I used a multisync monitor with it for some time but then found a Mac AV monitor in great shape curbside. Couldn't believe my luck. Had to be collector synchronicity happening there.

At the computer club, we had a 6100/66 with the odd monitor connector, but fortunately it came with an adapter to more traditional 15-pin Mac. That machine also had a "custom" Ethernet interface which required some special transceiver (which we also had one of - lucky us). From what I read, Apple pretty soon went back to the old standards with the following machines.

He said all five fired right up. Unfortunately, he's going to have to abandon them when he leaves Nebraska tomorrow (can't bring 'em on a Greyhound).
At least he's found good homes for three of 'em, he gave them to some computerless kids.

I saw a Performa 5200 in a thrift shop I had never visited before. They asked 125 SEK ($17) for complete system. I was not impressed, but I picked up a four-way parallel port switch for 25 SEK ($3). Hopefully it works, and it suitable to use with my laser printer - somewhere else I read that a mechanical switch is not recommended with parellel port laser printers.
