I have a very large hard drive collection that I have been working on for years, and I must get rid of them! Miniscribe, Seagate, NEC, JVC, Fujutsu, Maxtor, Samsung, Micropolis, CDC, Toshiba, you name it! I have 5mb drives all the way to 5gb. All interfaces, even the sought after JVC 2x pin drives for Zenith and Toshiba laptops... that work!!! If you are in need of something specific, drop me a line and I will let you know right away.

Well, I'm glad I found this ad, because I'm in need of a couple of unusual hard drives...

-- A ProFile drive (and controller card) for Apple //e
-- Any kind of hard drive (and controller card, if needed) that the Apple IIgs will support

I'll buy them both if the price is right.

I don't have anything except the bare hard drives, no enclosures except generic SCSI ones.

I do have many Apple branded Quantum 20,40,80,120mb hard drives, if that is what you may need.

I see. I just need a couple of drives that will work with my Apple //e and IIgs computers -- largest capacity you have that will work with them. Problem is, I have no idea where I can get the interface cards I'll need to run them. If you don't have any, perhaps you might have some of those newer-model "hard drive mounted on a card" systems?

I already know of the cards that have a CompactFlash cartridge socket, but I don't want to put all that money into machines I got for almost nothing, unless I absolutely have to.

If not, the external SCSI drives would be fine. I just need the cards to run them. If you don't have any, do you know where I could get a couple?

I have only one hard drive on a card, but it is for an AT system.

Apple II SCSI interface cards sometimes pop up on ebay, but you also may try:

There are many friendly people there!

When you find out the max size you can use, drop me a line and I will see what I have.
