Looking for TI-99 terminal emulator program

I read in a TI-99 FAQ that a terminal program called Term80 by Jeff Brown is really good (in particular, it provides 80 column support on the TI).

Does anyone have or know where I can find a copy?

Alternately, if you can suggest a better terminal program than TEII, I'd appreciate it!

I checked, only have Terminal Emulator II carts. I don't have much diskette software for the TI 99/4a.
