- Well I am definitely not a major collector among many types of computers. I am only an IBM PCjr owner/user/enthusist... I got my first jr in '85 and in '91 never saw it again until last year early in the Fall I got another one...and now I have a Superjr that only a mother could love

- 736kb RAM
- SCSI bootable sidecar
- 52MB SCSI HDD
- 5 1/4" and 3.5" (720kb) disk drives
- Light Pen
- Mouse
- Bi-Dir parallel port
- Ethernet Connection through DSL via Xircom PE3 in parallel port

My original setup in 91 when I last saw it was:

- 640kb RAM
- 5 1/4" and 3.5" (720kb) disk drives
- 1200 Baud Modem

...mmmm....that was about it...

Im travelling everywhere in the next 6 months...finish up my Green to Gold Army Scholarship and will be at Ft Knox, Leonard Wood, and in December at Hood!

Welcome to the VC Forum!

That is one heck of a souped up PCjr you've got there. I can't imagine how anyone got that much stuff hooked up to that machine!

Very impressive!

Most of it was hooking up with the right people like 'mbbrutman' who is also a member of your forum... we have thrown around ideas, and being that I was finishing up college at the time..I had a LOT of time to search through ould PCjr sources for parts, upgrades, mods, etc...... :)
