There's AllTogether: http://altogether.brouhaha.com/ seems to be the start atleast of one...Not sure how far it went...might want to get in touch with them

As far as I know, the 2.1 final release version of GlobalView ran as an emulator on top of Microsoft Windows 3.1 without a MESA CPU add-on board. I tried locating a copy a while back, no luck though. If you do come across one, please post a reply.
