Anyone have the CP/M Alteration Guide for CP/M 2.2?

I have a PDF of the CP/M 2.0 version. Will that suffice?
Or are there significant difference in the boot area?

IIRC, the version 2.2 was mainly a bugfix, with no significant difference from 2.0. In fact, I don't think they ever published a new manual for 2.2, just rehashed the 2.0 manuals.
I'll look and see if I have any extras (I probably do)...

a PDF is fine - don't need a print copy. or a link to one.

Of course, if you say 2.2 isn't necessary, then it's a moot point!
