I got my apple II plus yesterday, and after turning It on It displayed this:

??HH??HH??HH??HH??HH??HH??

??HH??HH??HH??HH??HH??HH??
I tried re-seating the chips, didn't do much. Checked all the cables, seeing if any were plugged-in wrong. I did get the power light to work thought, At first It wasn't.
I'll upload some pictures when I can.
Does anyone know what causes this to happen, If I knew what was wrong I could fix It quicker.
