I just won an auction for a Sinclair Spectrum +2 128K. It's very complete, save for a joystick with a busted fire button. While I'm aware that it's a standard joystick port(s), I know that it's wired slightly differently. Short of building my own converter, can anyone point me to what joysticks are compatible, or, better yet, if there are any ready made converters available for Atari-style joysticks? Obviously I'm in the US... The information out on the Web is a bit confusing, as I've alternately seen that this particular model (which was sold by Amstrad) is compatible with Amstrad joysticks and Spectrum joysticks. I'm not sure what the right information is. Thanks for any help!
