Apple introduced the Macintosh on January 24,1984.
It's the 20th anniversary.
The Digibarn has a big expose of the 20th anniversary.
On January 22,1984 Apple played it's famous "1984" commercial during the Superbowl.

And this year I've noticed that they will run a lingerie show on PPV TV during the Superbowl break.. did the world take a large step back in the last 20 years?
I also read that some days ago, it was 20 years ago the first Amstrad CPC machines were announced/released, so quite some stuff to celebrate.

a few extra months getting here!
