I can't seem to find the datasheet for the MC68000L10 microprocessor.I thought it would be a good cpu for a computer but I need the specsand is it TTL or CMOS?.

It's neither. The technology used is NMOS.

If I understand correctly, L10 just means it is manufactured to run at most 10 MHz.

I hope your right.I was originally going to use the z80a for a cpu but because of the speed,cheapness,and addressing range (16 MB) I am leaning toward sthe MC68000L10
