Huh ? The question is incomprehensible and the number of windings irrevalent without a quotient as is the guage of the wire you're using.

If you really want an answer to that you'll need much more info as to what you're trying to achieve and what you're working with. You might also read up on transformers in some basic electronics book like Grob or Malvino.
