I've finally found reason of inability to get internet connection on XT.
Machine with internet connection is giving IP via DHCP, wich as far as I know isn't supported in DOS.
When I'm setting IP given by DHCP to my laptop on XT it don't work.
And when I manually set IP on both computers it don't work too, I've tried it on two modern computers too.

DHCP is supported in DOS, there's no reason it wouldn't be. it just all depends on what software you are using. when i use the NTCPDRV TCP driver i always get IP via DHCP.
what software are you trying to use?

I use TCPDRV and when I specify it without parameters it's trying to get IP via BOOTP or something like that.
I can manually set IP, gateway and netmask.
Asfar as I know NTCPDRV is less memory confuming version of TCPDRV.

BOOTP and DHCP are pretty similar protocols. BOOTP is older, but DHCP is actually based on it. TCPDRV, being an old program, is designed for BOOTP. however, DHCP was designed to be backwards compatible so there is no reason you shouldn't be able to get an IP address with it. there are some minor discrepancies between the two, so perhaps the router you are using to assign IP via DHCP is not liking something about the BOOTP request TCPDRV is giving it... it should work, though. of course, should and will are two entirely different things in the computer world :)
what kind of router are you using?

Well I'am using PLANET SW-801 switch, but it also don't work when I'am connecting computers directly.
