Hello folks. I have two Amstrad PCW's and a pile of Locoscript disks, which I need to get the data off - but neither machine has working floppies. We tried fitting a new belt on the 9512 but without success, so we want to send one drive off to be repaired, just so we can access the disks. We favour sending the 9512 and using that and we assume that all the disks will be readable, even if they were first used on the 8512. Is this correct please and is there anything elsw we should know? We know a lot about 'ordinary PC's, but we know NOTHING about Amstrads.
