Hi.
I recently installed a 1.44MB floppy on my Compaq Portable II. I later found out that in order to use the 1.44MB Floppy drive I need the BIOS ROM revision of .N3 or later. I wanted to ask if anyone has a spare BIOS rom of revision .N3 or later, or has the ROM image that they could send me so I could use an EPROM burner and make me a working BIOS ROM that will accept my 1.44Mb Floppy. If anyone can hlep please contact me.
