I have an IBM PC SERVER 320 at the moment...and my question is...what Form Factor is the case in?
my goal is to have the case revived into a ATX comapatible system... and to be running modern hardware....
thank you,

The form factor for the Server 320 (both styles) is proprietary. It has AT power leads, so an AT-style motherboard (which limits your idea of a "modern" update somewhat) might work best. Do you have the EISA or microchannel version?

Best you can hope for (easily) is a late model AT motherboard (the EISA mounts will match up). There is even up to PIII (out of the realm of 'vintage') that you can find. That is what I would do.
