IBM 8570 to give away

Otherwise I will put it to trash.

It looks like the computer on this page:

The only number I found is on the back where it says:
Type 8570

So I assume, it´s the right model.
It´s still working!

Comes with an old small monitor - also still working.

1. What is it's location(state, country)
2. Is the monitor color or monochrome?
3. What is its cosmetic condition
4. Does it come with anything else, such as keyboard?
5. Does its floppy drive(s) work?
