After contacting a couple dozen chip-houses, I finally found the (vintage) components I was searching for (2K RAMs, or as my g/f calls them, "those domino-looking things") and I thought I'd spread the word for them (very affordable prices, too). They don't have a presence on the net, but here are the particulars:
Microprocessors Unlimited
3305 Peoria Ave.
Beggs, OK 74421
(918)267-4961 TEL
(918)267-3879 FAX
Check them out for hard-to-find parts.

They don't have a presence on the net, but ...
:D
They might still be able to help via snail-mail or telephone.
Good luck!

They should really get a website! ;-)
Or at least post a catalogue list on the
'net! ;-)

Hard to believe a computer-related business isn't on the net, but mebbe they just prefer doing business the old-fashioned way, face2face (or voice2voice, I guess).
