xxxx on eBay, from Canada. I dunno - the email associated with the account(s) has a woman's name on it, the account on eBay has a man's name, so who knows what the deal is with this flake.
He bought an original Osborne Exec software pack from me on eBay.

Filed a non-received dispute with PayPal 3 hours after the tracking info shows it being delievered:

http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=CP%20390427892%2 0US

Filed the PayPal dispute just after 3:00PM 12/17/2007, and delivery shows 12:25Pm 12/17/2007
Also, in the dispute, he claims no response from seller, and we clearly communicated SEVERAL times, and I even emailed
him directly the tracking number on 12/7/2007, so he can't say he never knew it left - he had the ability to track it.

Due diligence highly recommended on this clown.

Canada, BTW. And people wonder why I don't usually sell outside the US...

This one just happened to be a mistake, and the template I used still had Canada selected on it.

I even paid an extra $9 to send it Priority Mail International on this clown's purchase....

<sigh>

EDIT: eBay name removed, to protect the possibly innocent. I'll give a person a break the first time.

I would imagine paypal will side with you on it if you have proof of delivery.

Yeah, except they can squat on it up to 30 days.

I guess the guy wasn;t paying attention, as he promptly closed the dispute a couple hours ago. Claimed the tracking number I sent he "overlooked" the email.

Any way, all's well that ends well. I'll give a person the benefit of the doubt.

As the old saying goes, "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me"

Or, as our illustrious president (http://politicalhumor.about.com/od/bushvideos/youtube/bushfoolme.htm) says it: "fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."

He's just soooo dreamy--and what a way with words. A regular poet laureate in an oval office...
