I need 16 41256 - 80ns DRAM chips (256K x 1).

These were typically found on 10-33 MHz PCs in the early 1990s.

I'm experimenting with a clock speedup project and need fast RAM.

GOTO Unicorn Electronics (http://www.unicornelectronics.com/), specifically their DRAM (http://www.unicornelectronics.com/IC/DYNAMIC.html) page.. They even have 60 ns versions.

Cheers,

80sFreak

P.S. I am a happy customer of them...

Thanks for the link. I actually bought these chips from them in the past, but when I googled unicorn electronics, a different company came up! So, I thought they discontinued the chips.

I'm happy to see the old Unicorn still there.
