Hi, I've got a non-working Vic 20 and need to replace the motherboard. Does anyone have a working motherboard I could use as a replacement (from say a scruffy unit they have spare). I don't need the whole computer, just the motherboard. Shipping costs are an issue here to New Zealand but shipping just the board shouldn't cost much.

It needs to be PAL though, as found in Europe and Australia.

I'd pay for shipping, and also some dollars for the board of course. Please PM me if you can help.

Cheers

Terry

I thought I might find some boards at the place where I found all the PET stuff. Indeed I have found/built a few VICs from parts found there, but not in the expected quantities. I even tried to swap chips between a few motherboards with various faults to get more working ones, but with limited success.

That is to say, if things change and I do find a suitable board, I'll try to remember to ask you if you haven't solved the issue sooner.
