TI-74 Memory Card Query

Hi I'm thinking about getting one of these things and was wondering what size memory cards are available for it. (smallest to largest) I've seen 8K cards on Ebay but someone I know claims he has a whopping 256K one. Surely not!

8K carts were "relatively" common. Supposedly there was a 16K cart, but I've never seen one.

256K? Not likely. Unless it's a homebrew.

Apparently the card says "Flash 256 K" on the side of it. Do you think it's really 256K?

Hmm, if it says flash 256K, it must be 256K!!

Now I've gotta figure out how they did that! The 70C40 would only address 64K. Wonder if they've got it partitioned some how?

I saw one for sale on Ebay with the 256K but someone else bought it :-(
