Microsoft SoftCard III

I recently purchased an Apple III Plus and picked up a Microsoft SoftCard III for it on eBay. I assume the standard Apple II CP/M disks aren't going to work for this. Does anyone know of a source for CP/M disks for this fella, or are they unobtainium?

Just to follow up - I did manage to grab an Apple III SoftCard III CP/M Master Diskette on eBay today, so I should soon be able to provide a copy if anyone else is looking now or in the future.

Here's hoping the disk arrives safe and sound!
