| Notes | Apple was fairly late to the laptop scene and the Macintosh Portable was their initial offering. It was big for a laptop (the batteries alone weighed 2 lbs) but it was a Mac for the road. |

The Apple Mac Portable in my collection is in great physical shape but it fails to boot (comes up with a sad Mac when it comes up at all.) It's going to need some help down the line.
